2. License Restrictions

application may be copied, modified, redistributed, sublicensed, or made
available to another party without prior written permission from Kunce Inc..
3. User Responsibilities
Users are
responsible for maintaining the security of their own QuickBooks and Intuit
accounts, credentials, devices, and access permissions. Users must use the
application only for lawful and authorized business purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application
is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, Kunce Inc. is not responsible for data
loss, service interruption, business interruption, lost profits, or other
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the
application.
6. Changes and Termination
Kunce Inc. may
update, suspend, or discontinue the application or these terms as needed.
Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
